Antonio (Tony) Escada started Premier Concrete Systems (PCS) along with his partner, Peter Tiflinsky, after a 20+ year long career as a concrete foreman. Tony is a Portuguese-mason with extensive hands-on experience in the field. Tony is extremely engaged with local labor forces and uses his connections to ensure each project is adequately staffed. Tony’s primary function with Premier Concrete Systems is ensuring field operations run smoothly and as per the schedule required by the General Contractor.

    Peter is an established developer in the Hudson-Bergen area with over 20 years of experience. Peter has been responsible for the development of hundreds of custom homes. Peter’s role with Premier Concrete System’s is as an Executive overseeing the Project Management side of the operations team. Peter leads business development, conflict resolution, major negotiations, and Owner/General Contractor relations. As a developer of his own projects, Peter brings an Owner’s side mentality to the concrete operations.

    Thomas joined Premier Concrete Systems in May 2021 as a Project Manager / Owner’s Representative after 5 years with a top ranked international construction management firm. His responsibilities with PCS include business development, bidding, schedule development, project coordination, and office-side support of the field operations for all of Premier Concrete System’s construction projects. Thomas Davies has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineer from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.

General Superintendent Michael (Mike) Douma joined Premier Concrete Systems in 2017 after 20 years of experience as a concrete foreman with various established New Jersey concrete contracting companies. Mike is the lead superintendent overseeing all field operations. Mike is a do-it-all manager of the day-to-day activities at the project sites. Mike works with both the General Contractor and other trades in ensuring work coordinated and sequenced in the most efficient manner for all projects. As a result of Mike, Premier Concrete Systems is always the fastest and most organized subcontractor on site.
